Surplus Vehicles from Army Disposals

(a) Ex-Servicemen are authorised to apply for one Cl V vehicle on proper
application form after retirement/6 months prior to retirement. The application
is addressed to Dte Gen Resettlement, West Block-IV, RK Puram, New Delhi-
110066 through Unit/Rajya/Zila Sainik Board. The application is required by DGR who allots DGR Regn No and then fwd it to (OS-4H) OS Dte, MGO
Branch, Army HQ, ‘B’ Block Hutments, New Delhi.
(b) A seniority roll is maintained in OS Dte (OS-4H), depot and vehicle
wise and vehs are allotted as per DGR Regn No seniority order, on receipt of
stock details of Cl-V vehs from depots.
(c) For fast processing/action ex-servicemen should apply for extension of time
limit, change of veh or depot to Dte Gen Resettlement (SE), West Block-IV, RK
Puram, New Delhi – 110066 and not to OS Dte because the application for such
requirement are required to be recommended by DGR as per procedure.
